<h3>1. Scope of Work</h3>

<p>All services will be provided strictly as per the agreed scope mentioned in the quotation or work order. Any additional work must be approved in writing and may attract extra charges.</p>

<h3>2. Site Access</h3>

<p>The client must ensure clear and safe access to the work site. Any delays due to inaccessibility or obstruction may lead to timeline changes and additional charges.</p>

<h3>3. Payment Terms</h3>

<p>50% advance payment is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is payable immediately upon completion of the work. Delayed payments may attract late fees.</p>

<h3>4. Material & Equipment</h3>

<p>All tools and machinery are handled by trained technicians. Damage caused to machinery due to client-side interference will be chargeable.</p>

<h3>5. Safety Measures</h3>

<p>Our team follows standard safety protocols including PPE usage. However, Eagle Construction is not responsible for injuries caused by third-party negligence or unsafe site conditions provided by the client.</p>

<h3>6. Delays & Cancellations</h3>

<p>If the client cancels the job less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, cancellation charges apply. Delays due to incomplete site readiness are chargeable.</p>

<h3>7. Liability</h3>

<p>We are not liable for damage to hidden utilities or weak structures not disclosed by the client prior to project commencement.</p>

<h3>8. Jurisdiction</h3>

<p>All legal matters will fall under the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra, India.</p>
